Hexokinase II Antibody (YA4082) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting Hexokinase II. It is intended for research use only. Hexokinase II (HK2) catalyzes the phosphorylation of hexose, such as D-glucose and D-fructose, to hexose 6-phosphate. It mediates the initial step of glycolysis by catalyzing the phosphorylation of D-glucose to D-glucose 6-phosphate.
